Tnai Mason
Human Resources Director

Tnai serves PSK as human resources director, taking care of the team and helping to develop the firm with qualified recruits. She oversees the firm’s hiring process, compensation planning, recruitment strategies, policy development, and conflict management.

In addition, Tnai is a consulting resource to PSK clients and assists with their HR needs, such as editing or creating employee handbooks, helping with their hiring processes, and reviewing personnel files.

Tnai has represented PSK in speaking engagements outside the firm, including monthly church breakfasts where she addresses human resources topics, such as the importance of solid employee handbooks. She has also spoken to middle school groups, discussing future career possibilities, as well as education planning and budgeting.

After starting as an accounting intern in 1995, Tnai moved up the ranks to accounting supervisor before accepting her current position. In her close work with interns, Tnai is grateful for the opportunity to impact the lives of many young professionals through mentoring and counseling.

Due to the freedom given to her by the PSK partners, Tnai has been able to pursue any opportunity that she feels enthusiastic about. With her record of always doing what’s best for PSK, she gratefully receives the support of the whole team.
