Joe Foster
Tax Partner
A CPA with PSK for nearly 30 years and currently the head of the tax department, Joe provides high-level business consulting and tax planning for small to mid-sized businesses, especially in real estate development, construction, investments, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, transportation, legal services, and healthcare.
Specifically, Joe consults with his clients through mergers and acquisitions, positioning businesses to maximize sale opportunities, and formulating exit strategies for business owners.
Joe loves the adventure of working with entrepreneurs and individuals to find new financial opportunities in the economy and the capitalist system. He helps clients save money through various creative means, such as implementing cost allowances in service contracts or stabilizing health insurance costs through employee leasing arrangements.
Finding businesses that are growing or performing below their full potential and increasing their revenues is something Joe finds incredibly satisfying. He approaches each client with the thought, “How can we make you more successful?”
In addition to his CPA practice, Joe is a licensed registered investment advisor representative and has his securities and insurance license. He also lectures at the University of Texas at Arlington to undergraduate and graduate accounting classes.
