Tax Accountant
Working in PSK’s tax department, Autum's emphasis is on not-for-profit organizations. Her history with PSK began in the audit department where she worked on assurance projects with non-profits, including churches, local outreach organizations, and medical service providers.
Autum’s breadth of experience across multiple departments is frequently helpful to her clients. In one instance, a client undergoing a state sales tax audit, with a potentially large amount due, saved over $50,000 and received a substantial refund when PSK enlisted the assistance of a sales tax expert to evaluate the audit.
Before joining PSK, Autum started her career as a staff auditor at Arthur Andersen, performing audit services for companies in the manufacturing, telecom, oil and gas, and other commercial industries. At another accounting firm, her emphasis was in tax, accounting, and audit services for small business clients. Autum spent three years with a large public company as a general ledger specialist, managing the general ledger, reporting, software upgrades, and special projects.
Inspired by the strong work ethic of her parents, Autum works hard on managing client needs while balancing the demands of her family. Autum wants to help clients, whether it’s the small business owner or the not-for-profit director, to be successful at whatever it is they love to do by working together to solve their problems and provide innovative solutions.
