Ann Denton
Client Advocate
Ann Denton is one of the most recognizable faces of PSK, serving the firm as executive administrator, marketing director, and her key role—client advocate.
As client advocate, Ann attends the first meeting with new clients and focuses on making sure they understand PSK always aims to deliver exceptional service. She responds to client needs throughout their relationship with the firm, following up occasionally to check if everything is going well.
Her former experience as a business owner helps Ann relate to many of the struggles and questions PSK clients face. This perspective allows her to address their questions more adequately—sometimes foreseeing and preventing problems before they arise.
Ann also manages the support staff as firm administrator, assuring the office is running properly and all functions are being performed. As marketing director, she guides the accounting team members in setting and achieving their marketing goals for the year. She coordinates all marketing campaigns, designs print materials, and represents the firm at trade shows.
In her previous work experience Ann has worked as a customer service manager for a telemarketing company, and has been a business owner of a retail sporting goods store and two direct sales companies. After taking some time off, she joined the firm in 1995 as a receptionist. Originally just looking for a job that would get her out of the house and provide a fun work environment, Ann ended up becoming an integral part of the team and a member of the PSK family.

Interests outside of work
Gardening, tole painting (folk art painting), sewing (makes elaborate Halloween costumes for her grandchildren), entertaining and travel.
What was your first job?
Teaching swimming lessons.
